Can you tell me more about your pricing model?

We charge an initiation fee to cover the cost of running your search until you land your next job. This includes the time and money we invest advising you on what job to target, helping you with your resume, finding you job opportunities, applying to jobs for you, emailing thousands of hiring managers for you, scheduling interviews for you, serving you a calendar filled with interviews without needing you to lift a finger as well as interview and negotiation support.

Then we charge a 1-time success fee after you accept an offer, approximately amounting to 10% of your annual salary to make sure we only success when you succeed. We also have 100% financing options with 0% interest that we offer the executives that qualify for our service. If you do chose to finance the fees, the increased compensation packages more than cover the payments.

I am currently employed, and I like my job, why would I consider something else?

We find that the most exceptional executives aren’t looking - they're performing and are currently excelling in their roles. However, many times they aren’t living up to their potential or there is room to make a bigger impact or get rewarded better for their contribution. We don't want you to like your role/company we want you to LOVE IT!

Does Threo guarantee offers?

For those that qualify to work with us, we do offer a guarantee, but we don’t guarantee offers with the initiation fee. If we don’t get you the role in 7 weeks, we will continue to run your search on our bill until you accept the offer or have 45 interviews that fit your desired role box. Your deposit covers the cost of running your search including the time we spend onboarding you, helping you redo your resume, finding you job opportunities, applying to jobs for you, emailing hiring managers, scheduling interviews for you, coaching you to pass interviews, and coaching you to negotiate your worth.

Your success fee on the other hand does guarantee an offer. It’s only charged after an offer is accepted and represents the bulk of the price you’ll pay to our team. That offer is insured by us for up to 60 days so should you lose it, we'll be there to land you another offer.
